Sure you can! Simply sign up on the customer dashboard section on Pinibon.  Upload your property, location and other details. Our team will carry out an independent verification on the property as well as the detail(s) you provided. Once authenticated, your property will be up on the site and ready to make you money.

The estate consists of fully detached and semi-detached houses (duplex). All building design must conform to the building approval by development control for the estate and such design would be supervised to ensure that it conforms to the approved building plan.

Assignment of purchased properties to third parties requires the consent and approval of pinorising ventures limited for proper execution and transfer of title documents. A charge of 10% of the land consideration (covering transfer documentation fee shall be paid to the company by the buyer).

Where a subscriber elects to terminate the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, the company shall be required to refund the deposits made within a convenient period of time less 40% of the sum contributed to cover administrative and other fees.

We accept bottles of other companies provided it is neat and has no leakage.
